This seems very unbalanced. There are large crystals that would give over
10 spendies, even with the (once per week) limiter. Maybe this would work
if it was Half the size of the crystal, rounded down, but even then it's
still a way to stockpile spendies between months.
This also allows the liquidation of other players' crystals, so I suggest
you withdraw this proposal as it will probably be voted down in its current
state. I think I'd be FOR a fixed version with One Third the size as the
amount of spendies granted.
