The idea overall seems very nice. Only word of caution I would propose
would be restricting the set of allowed numbers, but that seems to be
handled quite elegantly already!
If bidding would begin for the 4th time, instead the party or parties
with the most tokens win the tournament.
The phrasing on this feels like it may be masking what the actual intent
is. Perhaps something like:
{
At the end of the third week in which revealing began, the party or
parties with the most tokens win this tournament, and this tournament ends.
}
could better get the intent across? (If I understand correctly, this
shouldn't cause issues, since the leader is granted tokens "immediately
before the end of the week".)
