I remain unconvinced that this would solve anything. It wouldn't ratify, and merely publishing the information doesn't solve anything unless people actively double-check it (which they won't). I've also taken steps to prevent those mistakes from happening again (at least with respect to amendments, repeals are trickier). -- Janet Cobb Assessor, Rulekeepor, Stonemason
