I'd leave that out and let people just write it in if necessary. It
depends a lot of the specifics of the tournament whether it matters and
how much.

[You don't have to be a contestant to win a Champion's Contest - the
only person initially bound by it is the Gamemaster, and it's at the
option of the regulations whether becoming a contestant is necessary
to participate. You do have to be a contestant of a scoring contest
to earn score.]
I wonder if this should be reorganized as one rule defining tournaments
with no specific mention of the types of contest, and two separate rules
for the types of contest? That would also make repealing the score one
cleaner if radiance/score is repealed.
