Hi guys! Proposal 8908 (The Crystal) failed a bit ago. I was wondering, before I put it onto the table again, if anyone had any improvements? Also, I was wondering when a good time would be? Seems like there's half-interest in a new subgame right now, so maybe given a month, would that be more viable then?
