Is this just a random chess website? Why not reference the FIDE rules?

Probably cleaner to update this to the FIDE laws and say that only the
Basic Rules of Play apply, except Article 4.

You could add an explicit clause to say "An Agorachess game CANNOT be
drawn by agreement.", though offering a draw is not a move.

"appendix C of the FIDE Laws of Chess".

"A record of moves is a format of a list of moves, alternating between
being made by white and black, such that each white move is preceded by
an incrementing integer beginning at 1."

Probably not a good idea to invalidate a record solely for missing a period.

"If there is not currently an ongoing Agorachess game, any player CAN
begin one by announcement.". There's no need to require the presentation
of an empty list (and presenting is a speech act, not something that
would be done by announcement).

"If a player has not done so in the past 6 days, e CAN, by announcement,
make an Agorachess move, specifying a legal move for the side that has
the move and including an updated record accurately reflecting that move
and all previous moves."

"CAN", in capital letters, and I'd say "legal" rather than "valid" (just
to mirror normal chess terminology).

Also, this leaves no incentive for a player not in a cabal to make a
move that allows mate-in-one.

"A player CAN end an ongoing Agorachess came with Agoran consent."
