And here I was, curious as to what sort of really interesting gameplay was going on behind the scenes – the game seemed to be working because at least there hadn't obviously been a scam. I'm surprised about the "nothing ever passing", though – the requirement for a simple rather than absolute majority means that people would have to have been actively voting AGAINST, not just forgetting to vote, in order to prevent the proposals passing. Or did the "of all eligible players" part mean that active FOR voting was required? -- ais523
