I was planning to conditionalise it on whether the repeals still happened, yes. I just noticed, though, that Blot-B-Gones are mentioned in rule 2665, which isn't being repealed as part of this, and thus rules are capable of creating them. So it's possible that they exist as some sort of vaguely undefined object – it's unclear whether that vague definition is enough to let them remove Blots, though. -- ais523
