I think it might've been a delayed effect of rule changes. When Competitive Finger-Pointing was introduced our behavior around finger-pointing didn't change much, but players that have registered since then have been a lot more strict on it. It's possible this is because competitive finger-pointing implies a very cutthroat usage of blots that wasn't part of our playstyle before it. -- nix Herald, Collector
