Honestly, that doesn't clarify it for me, but makes it more confusing.
It makes me wonder if I should sum-up the other players' Winsomes. That
use of “any” is pretty standard, but if you wish for something else,
perhaps “has the most Winsomes by a margin of at least 20”, or “has at
least 20 more Winsomes than the second player with the most Winsomes”.
