We used to award these semi-automatically to anyone who had held an office for a sufficiently long time, without significantly neglecting any of its duties. Perhaps it would make sense to bring it back and/or bring it more up to date? We have some newer players who have held offices for a while, but not been placed on the record appropriately, and it seems unfair to favour players simply because they were around when the awards existed. -- ais523
