This was my first thought, being the only fairly compact sentence in
the rule. But we don't have anything for "that Player" to refer to yet.

This was my second thought. My current plan, if nobody has any better
ideas, is to replace "community" with "Device" in the first paragraph,
allowing players to deregister in a Writ of FAGE if they think the
Agoran Device has mistreated them. The "that e can no longer abide to
be part of it" is weird, given that we aren't all part of the device
(most likely), but I don't think it actually breaks anything.

I'll give it a few days before the intent, though, in case anyone has a
really good idea for what to do with this.
