Well I'm sure I don't know why to avoid CB specifically - if you've got a sense of the card's value and the offer matches expectations. I haven't seen any numbers on the table, so wouldn't want to prejudice anyone. After all, if you're not in a hurry to sell, "get at least two offers" seems like a good rule of thumb regardless of whom the first offer is from... -G.
