At the start of the paragraph beginning "The Trustee CAN transfer the
Trust", insert this sentence:
The Trustee CAN Prepare to Retire with notice.
Then, replace the text "The Trustee CAN transfer the Trust" with "If e
has Prepared to Retire within the past 4 days, the Trustee CAN transfer
the Trust" (keeping the rest of the sentence the same as before).
[I introduced a separate "Prepare to Retire" action just to make it
easier to use the "with notice" terminology.]
Gratuitous Commentary:
The structure "I intend to Prepare to Retire" seems rather unwieldy with two
preliminary layers required before the actual retirement.
Yes. I'm not sure what else to do, though.
We could call it "Retiring", though it doesn't make you stop being the
Trustee, so that could be confusing.
We could remove a layer of indirection by just saying you need to have
given notice before transferring the Trust. But I don't see how to do
that while reusing the "with notice" definition from the rules.
Does anything stop a player from reusing the same "with notice" intent
to transfer as many times as necessary during the 4-14 day window?
