Public notice for the next Registrar: all of the Registrar's reports are in the repository set up by my predecessor [1]. It contains a script to generate the index. Currently reports are hand generated, but I would strongly suggest automating them, because the format of the Registrar's report makes it really easy to make errors if you're doing it by hand.
