Preliminary notes:

All but one player (per registrar report) is definitely subscribed to a-d, with 
message delivery on. That leaves Tyler (who briefly showed up in June), who is 
not listed on a-d's member list.

Tyler sent a message to a-d in June, so e certainly was subscribed then.

It's worth noting that mailman says "7 private members not shown," and Tyler 
could conceivably be one of them. (Although it's not clear how one becomes a 
private member; I don't see an option to do so.)

Barring a) Tyler showing up and telling us e did or did not get the message, b) 
omg confirming that e is or is not a member of the list, I think the coin's 
owner is indeterminate and therefore it goes to the L&FD.
