Alright, as per tradition, someone’s gotta start the scam speculation thread. 
Possibilities I can see:
 - G. has a proposal force-through scam
 - G’s hoping to bribe people into voting for this, possibly by revealing the 
MYSTERY DOCUMENT to them in private

As to what the MYSTERY DOCUMENT is, I wouldn’t read too much into the AI of 
1.0—power escalation scams are, in my experience, pretty easy to come by.

Any further thoughts?
