I don't know if it's directly relevant to your inquiry, but there was
a bit of a mailing list crisis in December/January. I think the
questions raised were mostly about the technicalities of email
delivery, or about the gamestate assuming we've already figured out
what was / wasn't published. There was also CFJ 3795 about my attempt
to win by Apathy by delaying the email containing the intent, but it
was pretty simple.
