Not that it's a big deal, but this seems like odd logic - Alexis has judged the case. Why not AFFIRM if you're respecting judgement ability? No new facts or arguments have been presented, so this is being overturned on wholly a matter of people's opinions differing from Alexis. REMAND is as much "your opinion is wrong" as a REMIT in that situation, right? -G.
