Just checking that you realize you're not actually required to make zombies? Of course you can if you want, but I intentionally wrote it so that "hunting for zombies" part (i.e. the first paragraph of R2574) was separate from the Registrar's requirements in the last two paragraphs - when I was Registrar I didn't track or publish peoples' last public announcement date, so as to make zombie hunting a part of the gameplay (though as a "private citizen who was also Registrar" I did make a few zombies to keep the supply up for my own benefit :) ). -G.
