This would be another good memorandum. The strict issue may be that an apology allows the expunging of "P blots from emself, where P is the minimum of the value of the fine and 3". So what's the value of P in this case? (it seems like each fine has a separate P). Of course, the other little issue is that this is one of those cases where it doesn't say "once" in terms of the expunging, so re-publishing the same apology multiple times could do the trick and then some. -G.
