I did; I know some of the Auction and/or Zombie rules are Power 2, but
Rule 2549 is only Power 1. And (unless I'm missing something) a CAN
defined at Power 1 should still be respected by Power 2 rules, unless
they explicitly say CANNOT somewhere.
