After a scam last year, criteria for dependent action intents were changed
from:
     unambiguously and clearly specifying the action
to:
     unambiguously, clearly, conspicuously, and without obfuscation
     specified the action

the "without obfuscation" was specifically seen as different than "clear" or
"unambiguous", meaning generally "without conscious effort to hide" or
something like that.

(e.g. what Aris did this time was perfectly clear and unambiguous once you
found it, but it was hidden/obfuscated by being in an odd place in the
distribution).
