For what it's worth, I do try to remember to tag all my emails in which
I submit a proposal.
CFJs maybe - I don't mind the idea but searching Business for "cfj" or
"call" has worked so far without many misses. And since they're not
released as a batch, and since CFJs don't require "everyone" to respond the
way voting does, it's pretty easy to say "that wasn't really a CFJ" or
"oops forgot one" with very limited consequences.
I agree here, for the most part. This is not necessary from a
recordkeeping point of view, and it might not even increase the
Assessor's quality of life. There is one place where I see this being
useful, however, and that is for historians. It's fairly simple to run a
scan in an email client, but for someone looking for a judgement using
the mailman interface, it might be more convenient to be able to search
for a "[CFJ]" tag in a-b. Especially if there is a lot of discourse
about the case in question.
