DIS: On the GitHub org

I see that there is a GitHub organization for Agora. As of right now, 
I've placed my assessor scripts at [0]. I see that there is already an 
(empty) Assessor repo. I could move everything there if people want me 
to, although I would need access. If people don't trust me yet, that's 
fine (I honestly wouldn't if I was one of you all), and I'll just 
continue developing where it is now.
