I could have sworn we had a clause that prevented the cleaning from affecting the interpretation of the rule at some point. Regardless, omd is right. This may be covered already. Additionally, since it is without objection, any issues this may cause would (hopefully) be seen in advance by the ever-diligent Agoran population.

Possibly.  Though if the change to capitalization would change the
meaning of the rule, you could argue that it doesn't count as a
"correction".
