I'm strongly FOR this. We don't do Patent Titles often enough anymore.
I'd love to see it distributed soon.

I'd suggest "Tycoon, awardable by the Treasuror to any player who
executes a novel economic or contractual enterprise that has a
significant impact on the game, especially if the enterprise is
unusually subtle, devious, or clever"

You could also consider tossing HAN over to the PM. We haven't awarded
it in ages. On the other hand, that might make it a bit too easy to
award, so it's a mixed bag.
