Hmm... a land badge of some kind would be nice - ok, maybe a badge for
everyone who lost stuff to facility destruction not just looms - that
adds a few more people maybe (dunno who just a guess) and makes it a
more general marker for participating in land?  Something like that.

(Herald is also encouraged to do the one-off types of titles for
reasonable requests if you want to make it just looms).

It would be interesting to make some gameplay/rules way to reclaim
lost property but I don't have particular brainwaves - does it cause
problems for it to just sit there a while?
