I'm pretty sure it's the first *Birthday* tournament/contest win if that's
a distinction worth making. The previous ones were more like the "free
tournaments" rule now, and played out over a longer time IIRC, less like an
event.
the inspiration for the "birthday" tournament was the wholly-unofficial
Agora XX blitz nomic (5 years ago) that has the Badge associated. but for
various reasons this is the first one that actually awarded a win.
which reminds me, is this Badge-appropriate? (if so I'd give a badge to
anyone who commented in any way on an [frc] thread once the game started,
badges are kind of meant to be an "I was there" thing).
