Yeah, the only reason I left it as vague as I did was to leave the door open for a potential scam - which didn't work out as I planned because it relied on a certain confluence of events that ended up not happening. (Not going to explain it in case I get the chance to use it again in the future.) Really, like I said, I was only going for Cartographor, and that was based on my misconception that Trigon didn't want to do it any more, which e's since cleared up.
