I expect fairly pragmatic enforcement. Such agreeements aren't generally enforced until someone points out a violation on the list, so that's the time the prohibition should kick in. In any case, there are two ways of making such an agreement. One is to send a hash to the list, and say you will have complied if the full document is posted, which doesn't do anything until the document is posted, and doesn't trigger the restriction. The other way is to make the entire agreement in private, in which case there's no message for the rule to block anyway. In such a case, the agreement comes from the will of the two people, which is only memorialized in writing. Basically, I expect people will find a justification to deal with it, and if not we can patch it later, because private agreements not working isn't the end of the world. I don't want to place a confusing exception in that rule unless we have to. -Aris
