Hm I thought of the same thing as Kenyon Prater but didn't do anything
with it. I believe there is enough ambiguity in your proposal that eir
defense *might* just be judged to work, although it depends on very picky
interpretation of the grammar.
Basically the defense works if the part before the AND is interpreted as
picking out a *unique* body of text, while the part from the AND on is
interpreted as a condition on the body of text already picked.
However it would be trivial to resubmit the proposal with a fix (assuming
there's nothing else about the scam you cannot delay).
