Sorry, I misread consent as Agoran consent, and then phrased my reply
wrongly. What I meant is that it should be mechanically impossible to
deregister someone _unfairly_. Of course we could do it without their
consent (that's the point), although honestly I doubt that will be used
very often. The bar is just too high, and the person has a week to expunge
the blots even after it reaches the critical level.
