AFAICT it doesn't, so e can't. I presume we're letting last week's auctions self-ratify, so that shouldn't be a problem for those. I think the best fix is to specify that if Agora is the auctioneer and the Auction is rule specified, the transfer is automatic unless specified otherwise.
