I want to say there's an old CFJ that says something like: if it leads to a link that's pretty clear, and we can be reasonably certain that the message-sender can't change or control what appears at the end of the link, it's fine (I think someone once did a link to something on their website that they could change whether it linked to the word FOR or AGAINST). Point being it's not the language, but whether we can be sure what was linked to is/was fixed and can't be altered by the sender within the relevant timeframe.
