As CuddleBeam has kindly demonstrated, the public facilities do not function as intended (i. e. give all players some starting resources). The map should not cause Agora to become a real-time game, where you just HAVE to log in at the start of every week or be hugely disadvantaged. Therefore, I submit the proposal below. I will pend it after addressing potential comments.
