Just rename it a Notary and install me in it, if that's what you're going for. I approve of the idea of merging the two. With regard to taking on contracts myself, I'm a little less confident. I'm happy to take the job, but if activity rates go up dramatically I may not be able to deal with the workload. However, I agree that someone needs to do it, and will do the job for a while, until someone else wants it or I don't feel I'm able to keep up.
