I based the attempt to distribute basic income on the contents of the Oct 22 Registrar’s report, which listed ais523. If ais523 is, in fact, not a player, then neither the original distribution nor the “fixed” distribution succeeded - but they failed for different reasons, and the latter may have _partially_ succeeded.
