I've seen several "no news is some news" lists of objectors posted to without-objection actions. So there are people who follow this SHOULD. It was much more commonly used in the days of without-3-objections, though. Especially when the list of objectors is the subject of a scam. I'm not sure it's doing much nowadays as we don't have many w3o actions any more. -- ais523
