I’d prefer if we didn’t normalize putting actions at the end of reports. It’s fine in this case - it’s pretty hard to miss an action at the end of an empty report - but for the Ruleset or the Secretary’s Report it means players are liable to miss the action. Nothing on you, I think this specific case is fine. -o
