I read the followups to this idea, and while I agree with many of them, I also think this clause is badly-structured and likely to cause trouble eventually. I don’t have a specific idea for a better formalization; it might be worth striking it entirely and replacing it with clauses empowering specific officers to cause Agora to pay, which should also make the action of “causing Agora to pay” regulated. -o
