To expand on what I said, my opinion is based on the idea that automation should be aimed at making things easier for people, not the other way around. To me, a proposal written as a diff is significantly harder to read than one written in prose. That's fine once, with a short proposal like this, where the whole thing is simple and easy to understand. However, if it was used for longer proposals, or more regularly, that would become an annoyance. -Aris
