On its face, I’m inclined to find this finger-pointing to be Shenanigans: the action was impossible, and there’s every reason Murphy should have known it was impossible, but I can see no way in which the action or any possible outcome could be deceptive. I’m happy to entertain competing theories, but it’s not as obvious to me as it likely is to you that Murphy’s broken that rule. -o
