In looking at CFJ 3509, I find that P.S.S. sent the above message seemingly declaring intent, but not saying so (the message as if e already had support and was doing it). Following that, Gaelan and CuddleBeam supported, but I can't find that anyone followed through and filed. There is a fairly short amount of time to resolve this before the 7 day deadline. As always, let me know if I missed something.
