Two thoughts: I’d like, at least for the time being, an explicit enumeration of the kinds of entities which can own assets, or which comprise the default class of possible owners for assets which don’t specify otherwise: Agora, players, organizations, and possibly agencies. That may prevent issues with cyclic asset ownership, which are boring to clean up. I’m somewhat skeptical of the way the Lost and Found is set up, and would weakly prefer that each backing document define a default owner (or Agora, if no default owner is specified) who gains ownership of any asset whose owner would otherwise not be valid or not be determinable. I’m concerned that the ease with which any player can acquire an asset from the Lost and Found will encourage scams that dump valuable assets into the L&F without warning. -o
