I think that’s easier to clean up than my original mess. I can’t (and wouldn’t, anyways) use the “I don’t have the authority, my office has the authority” trick a second time, but since only this one payment is incorrect, I think all I need to do is to correctly pay you, then reissue the Secretary’s weekly report again. -o
