DIS: another plea for court retirement

Hi folks,

I'm going to continue to be very busy in the foreseeable future.  I can 
reasonably (if not quite weekly) find assessor's reports and do the 
rulekeepor, but keeping up with CFJ threads will continue to be v. erratic.  
so this is another plea for someone bold to take on the role of Arbitor so
as not to hold up the game.

If not, I will do what I can in fits and starts; probably not assignments
for a couple days more at least, with great apologies.
