Two things. One, now that we've made (or are about to) spending power
useful, it seems a bit unfair to make the Promotor use all of eir spending
power for the public good. Also, about that "we haven't ever run out of
spending power."? We just did. If I'm counting right, and I haven't double
checked my report yet (or really formatted it), we have 11 proposals.
Admittedly, 3 of those are already pending, so it's more like 8. You made
my spending power 6, I believe? If so, I can't pend all of them. Hopefully
the other officers will step in and help, but it illustrates my point quite
nicely.
