Also, about that "we haven't ever run out of spending power."? We just did. If I'm counting right, and I haven't double checked my report yet (or really formatted it), we have 11 proposals. Admittedly, 3 of those are already pending, so it's more like 8. You made my spending power 6, I believe? If so, I can't pend all of them. Hopefully the other officers will step in and help, but it illustrates my point quite nicely. -Aris
