This half doesn't work; you can't schedule future actions in Agora without an actual message being sent at the time of the action. (Sometimes there's a workaround based on causing parts of other people's messages to be sent by you, but I don't think that's possible under the current ruleset, and even when it is legal, it usually needs the other person's consent.) -- ais523
