Just found it. On May 3 2005, OscarMeyr ratified the whole April 28th 2005 report Without Objection. That included Patent Titles. That Ratification date stayed in the Report until 2007. The office was vacant for a while, then when I took it up in late 2007, I made the "Scroll" format and dropped the ratification date. I don't think any ratifications happened since 2007, but obviously I was wrong just now so I might be wrong there too... but more certain that this is correct. -G.
